How the program works.

  • Bar program rotates weekly. Single-origin espresso changes monthly.
  • Brew bar in the back — pour-over, V60, Aeropress, and batch. Ask for a recipe card.
  • Dessert pairings from neighbours Patisserie Lune. Six options nightly.
